At Fitness Upgrade, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 5 days of the product being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned with original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • The return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

How To Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if damaged or faulty

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Fitness Upgrade cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Used products
  • Items returned outside the 5-day return window
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at fitnessupgrade@outlook.com with photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

No Restocking Fees

Fitness Upgrade does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
